Our cookie boxes are customized to your liking and can be configured any way you need. If you have special requests and need your cookies packaged in a specific manner or box just let us know all details in your inquiry form. We will search for boxes with our suppliers and get back to you with proposals and cookie configuration options.
2. What is the minimum order on custom and cookie favor orders?
Our minimum volume for custom orders is 24 units and we have volume discounts. Please inquire for details.
3. When should I plan to order?
If you are picking up products at the bakery, normally one week notice is enough lead time for us. If your products are being shipped please add a couple of extra days. During holidays and high season months, we may required longer lead times.
4. Can you guarantee an exact arrival date?
If you are picking up cookies at the bakery, yes, we promise that we will be ready on time. If your cookies are being shipped, we will provide a shipping company delivery date but recommend to add a day or two contingency in case of delivery issues (third-party supplies)
