We are a cookie manufacturing company located in Markham Ontario, Canada and have been in business since 2006. Over the years, our product portfolio have changed considerably and for the last 10 years we have concentrated in custom cookie designs and wholesale seasonal cookies. Our team is composed of a group of bakers who love every minute of their job and passionately manufacture, decorate and package each one of your cookies. We have a collection of more than 1000 cookie cutters to choose from. If we do not have what you need we will make a new 3D printed cookie cutter to add to our collection. Every single shape idea is possible.
Our business is order-based and our cookies are handmade daily. Online orders are added to baking calendars once payment has been received. All our cookies are delicious! Satisfaction guaranteed!

Shipping and Pickup
Store and curbside pickups are available from our bakery location in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Our address is 6545 Highway 7 Unit #17 Markham ON L3P3B4. Contact the bakery to confirm order availability for your preferred pickup time/day.
Shipping is available to any address in Canada. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the location and delivery service type selected at check out.
An online order will be ready for shipping within 1-2 business days.
Returns and Refunds
As our products are food perishable items, we cannot accept returns unless the products arrive damaged or defective.
If you have a problem with your order or you are not satisfied please contact our bakery by email or phone call. We will address each situation individually. If your order did not arrive in good shape or you have a quality issue, we will resend your order. Customer satisfaction is imperative for us. We are proud of our products and we will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Our bakery only sells “cookie” products. We used to sell other bakery products but overtime we have solely concentrated on perfecting our cookie business. We sell “seasonal” decorated cookies, corporate logo cookies and custom decorated cookies for all kinds of occasions.
In terms of flavours, we offer the following options for our decorated cookies: Vanilla shortbread, sugar cookie or gingerbread. Please inquire directly at the bakery for specific custom flavours or cookie type requests.
Any shape that you need! If we don’t have the cookie cutter that you need in the size that you need, we will make a custom cookie cutter for you.
For specific dietary restrictions, please ask the bakery directly. Depending on the time of the year, we may be able to fulfil large orders with specific dietary requests.
To keep our signature flavors at their peak, we provide a "BEST BEFORE [Month.Day.Year]" date printed on our products and recommend storing these cookies in a cool, dry place, far from direct light exposure. Most cookie products have a shelf-life of 3 months.
Yes, we individually packaged all our cookies to keep their freshness and protect the icing decorations from getting damaged.

Yes, we do bake all our products at our manufacturing location in Markham, Ontario.
Yes, you can place orders online or contact the bakery directly to have your products ready for pick-up.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30 Saturday 10am to 2pm Closed on Statutory Holidays
During low season months, one week notice is normally required for custom small orders (less than 100 cookies). During the high season, 2 to 3 weeks notice is recommended.
Yes, we have a walk-in store with daily availability of seasonal cookie designs.
There is no need to freeze packaged cookies if they will be consumed during the next 3 weeks. If your event has been rescheduled and cookies will not be used for a while then we recommend freezing the cookies and removing them a day prior to the event.
We recommend that our cookies are stored in a closed box far from direct light exposure that could change the colour of the icing or edible image prints.
Are you able to accommodate allergies?
We are NOT a “Nuts free” certified facility. Even though our cookie recipes do not contain nuts ingredients we don’t have a process in place to guarantee that our supplier’s ingredients are certified nuts free. For this reason, all our cookie products display the standard disclaimer “May contain nuts”.
All our standard cookie recipes contain the following allergens: dairy (butter), wheat (flour) and egg (icing).
Yes, all our seasonal cookies sold for resale or sold at our store contain a full description of nutritional information. Our custom cookies for private events normally have a small label with a list of ingredients and “best before date”. Anybody needing a full list of nutritional information can request it for their order.

Yes, cookies can be delivered anywhere in Canada directly to you or to a list of addresses on your behalf.
Overnight deliveries are properly packaged with bubble wrapping and packaging materials to ensure safe shipping.
